1775 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the 1775 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by the rules set out below. These terms apply to all Philippines-based users of 1775 and govern your use of our sports betting, casino-style games, and related services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

The 1775 platform is available exclusively to users who are at least 18 years of age and are located in the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet both of these requirements and that all personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. 1775 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. 2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Balances

All account balances, deposits, bets, and payouts on 1775 are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP ₱). Deposits are accepted via GCash, Maya, and other supported Philippines payment methods as listed in the cashier section of your account. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the payment method used and the timeline stated in the cashier at the time of the request. 1775 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Funds in your 1775 account may not be transferred to another user's account. 3. Betting Rules and Settlement

All bets placed on 1775 are subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. Settlement of bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body, league, or governing authority — for PBA games this means the result as confirmed by the PBA, and for international football this means the result as recognised by FIFA or the relevant federation. In-play bets are settled based on the score at the time the bet was placed and the specific market selected, and any technical interruption that prevents an in-play bet from being registered will result in the bet being voided and the stake returned to your account. 1775 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical fault, or placed in a manner that constitutes match manipulation or abuse of the platform. Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement and are available for withdrawal or further wagering without restriction. Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with the 1775 support team within seven days of the settlement date.

4. Responsible Gaming and Account Limits

You may set deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options directly from your account settings at any time, without needing to contact support. If you choose to self-exclude, your account will be suspended for the duration you select, and you will not be able to register a new account on 1775 during that period.
